Spacious double room with a fresh feel, though the low shower pressure and cold temperatures were disappointing. Breakfast was a highlight with quality options, and the staff's attentiveness made for a welcoming experience. the absence of a water bottle in the room was notable, and the laundry service could use improvement.

I had a lovely night at 281 Hotel. The staff greeted me warmly at check-in, making me feel right at home. My room was clean and cozy. it had a well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast in the morning surpassed my expectations. They served a delicious full English breakfast with plenty of options. One minor inconvenience was the shower valve, which was hard to turn with soapy hands—just a touch of lubricant would fix that. The carpet in the hallways did look a bit tired, but I heard they are renovating soon. no complaints about my stay aside from the shower issue.

Delicious dining and cozy atmosphere
I had a great time during my stay! The food in the restaurant was phenomenal, especially the Turkish dishes and the cheesecake, which was the best I've had outside of Turkey. My room was clean and comfortable for my solo trip, featuring plenty of tea and coffee options. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome, particularly the lovely lady at reception who was always eager to help. The only downside was the limited number of plug sockets in the room, which could be improved for better convenience.
